Pursuant to M.G.L., Chapter 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act), and the Lancaster Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Town of Lancaster Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lancaster Community Center, 695 Main Street (behind Thayer Memorial Library), Lancaster, MA on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 7:15 PM to hear and act upon the following matter:
A Notice of Intent filed by Lancaster Development Corporation (applicant and owner), 10 Owl Drive, Sharon, MA relative to the construction of a driveway and installation of a culvert within the 100-foot buffer zone to a vegetated wetland.
The proposed project site is located on Devonshire Way in the Residential zoning district off of North Main Street, Lancaster, MA and is identified on the Lancaster Assessor’s Map 24 as Parcel 42.B.
