The Recycling Center, at the Town Barn on Center Bridge Road, is OPEN on Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting, from 10 a.m. to noon. The Center is CLOSED on major holiday weekends: New Years*, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th*, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas*. Also, The Recycling Center is CLOSED on the Sunday of Mothers Day and Fathers Day. (It is OPEN on Saturday of Mothers Day and Fathers Day weekend.)
*The Recycling Center will be CLOSED for the Christmas, New Years, or July 4th holidays if these holidays fall on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
To find out if the Recycling Center is closed because of inclement weather, please call the Lancaster Communications Center at 978-368-1380. Typically, information will be available by 9:30 a.m. on the day the Center is closed.
